Guangdong Agricultural and Industrial Vocational and Technical College consists of two campuses: the Yueken Road Campus in Tianhe District, Guangzhou (headquarters) and the Zengcheng Campus in Guangzhou (branch). The headquarters and branch are connected by optical cables, and each campus has its own independent network bandwidth outlet.

The two campuses have approximately 18,000 full-time students. The original campus network was operated exclusively by China Telecom, and user data was not locally located, hindering the development of a smart campus. Therefore, a mobile operator was brought in to provide high-quality network services for both faculty and students.

Students use their student IDs to open accounts in the local Chengge authentication system and use a unified portal for authentication. When going outbound, they pass through the vBRAS routing gateway, which automatically selects a carrier's egress link based on the policy group service name and pushes the corresponding carrier's portal to complete the authentication process.
