In recent years, with the rapid development of technologies such as artificial intelligence , the Internet of Things , cloud computing , and big data , the digitalization and intelligence of the education industry have become increasingly obvious. Schools have an increasing demand for high-bandwidth, low-latency network transmission, simple and efficient network construction and operation, and multi-service access on campus.
To promote the development of the national education informatization strategy, vigorously develop digital education, and accelerate the construction of a strong nation through education, Chengge has launched a next-generation all-optical LAN solution for education, focusing on the scenario-based construction of campus infrastructure networks and consolidating the foundation of smart campuses. The solution offers the following advantages:
Stable and high-speed network: The secure, reliable, high-bandwidth, and high-speed network can support the efficient operation of smart campus applications such as online education, campus cards, and artificial intelligence applications.
Efficient and easy management: The network management interface is unified, visual, and easy to operate, making it easier for faculty and staff to manage the campus and make decisions.
Simple and convenient operation and maintenance: The network failure rate is low, failures can be responded to quickly , and fault handling is simple and fast.
Low overall cost: low construction cost, short cycle, low network operation and maintenance , service, and management costs.
Sustainable development: The iteration of smart campus and subsequent expansion and upgrading have strong scalability and reusability , and smooth evolution.
Chengge's new service-oriented campus network construction debuted at the conference
At this academic exchange conference, Chengge General Manager Lin Junfa presented a report titled "Reflections on the Construction of a New Service-Oriented Campus Network and the Implementation of Next-Generation Campus Private Networks." Lin, citing the significant challenges facing traditional campus networks during the current digital transformation and upgrade process, explained the necessity of developing a new service-oriented campus private network. Drawing on case studies from over 100 campuses, he summarized the definition and key attributes of this new service-oriented campus network and explored research options for next-generation campus private network technologies.
Mr. Lin pointed out, "The new-quality service-oriented campus network is a foundational network solution tailored specifically for the education industry (higher/vocational colleges). It is a new network model based on business application needs and user experience, with a new service concept of full lifecycle management. It serves campus teaching, office work, scientific research, and daily life. It is a scientific and practical system that adapts to the high-quality network requirements of the current digital transformation era."
