1. After receiving customer requirements, we discuss specific business requirements, network topology, and other requirements with the customer. Based on the customer's business requirements, network topology, and other relevant information, combined with our own relevant project experience, we provide the customer with a technical solution proposal and relevant product quote. If software development is required, we provide the customer with a software development requirements analysis and outline design. Upon customer approval, we provide a software development quote.


2. After both parties have finalized the technical solution, product quote, or software development quote, and agreed on the delivery timeline, we sign the contract and pay the deposit.


3. Product development and testing are completed, and product acceptance is completed in accordance with the method agreed upon with the customer.


4. Product delivery and subsequent product support services are initiated (the scope and duration of these services can be specified in the contract).
